American Pie Quilt Block of the Month Class
This quilt is a seven month BOM class. For 6 of the classes, one block is made in two colorways each month for a total of two blocks per month. Additional 7th class will include beginning and finishing instructions.
We will review parallelogram framing units, half-square-triangle units, flying geese framing units, and flying geese, and have fun piecing and squaring up together!

| Skill Details: | It will be beneficial for this to not be your first quilt ever made, although not impossible. Perfecting our HST and flying geese and squaring up as we go along will make this stunning pattern shine! |
| Materials Included: | 15 Fabrics to make Finished Quilt Topper, Size 57.5inches x 74.5inches and American Pie Pattern |
| Requirements: | Bring your sewing machine with power cord and bobbin and sewing machine needles (preferably new) * Cutting tool (Rotary Cutter with sharp new blade is recommended) * Cutting Mat * Quilting Ruler * Thread to coordinate with chosen fabrics or a neutral which will mix well with all of them * Seam ripper (just in case!) * Small scissors for clipping threads * Fabric Marker * Quilter's Pins (very fine pins) * Batting (1 yard, thin, cotton or cotton blend) * Fabric Kit and Pattern *available for purchase at Red Daisy Quilt Shop |
